This month's featured recipe from our own UMW Cookbook:

"Chili" Soup

Ingredients:

1 14-oz. can chicken broth

1 onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper

1 14-oz. can corn, drained

1 15-oz. can pinto or red kidney beans

1 16-oz. can pork and beans

1 pkg. chili seasoning mix

2 14-oz. cans chopped tomatoes

Cooking directions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then serve.
